Zoë Rolph

Founder & Physiotherapist

Zoë believes recovery should go beyond simply reducing pain. Her approach focuses on preventing problems from returning, building on success, and helping people move and perform at a higher level than before injury.

Since moving to Jersey in 2017, she has combined strong clinical knowledge with high-quality execution. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, she is currently completing her Master’s degree there, ensuring her practice remains evidence-based and results-driven.

Zoë is known for the time, education, and commitment she gives to each patient. She provides the full package — hands-on therapy, clear guidance, and a supportive environment that empowers people to take ownership of their recovery. She particularly enjoys working with complex cases and individuals returning to sport, focusing on long-term improvement rather than short-term fixes.

Patients value her knowledge, honesty, and the trust she builds, and she thrives on seeing people regain confidence in their bodies and exceed their expectations.
