Since moving to Jersey in 2017, she has combined strong clinical knowledge with high-quality execution. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, she is currently completing her Master’s degree there, ensuring her practice remains evidence-based and results-driven.

Coach & Soft Tissue Therapist
Nathan is a highly skilled soft tissue therapist with extensive experience in sports massage and hands-on treatment. He is known for his thorough approach and his ability to identify and treat the root cause of muscular tension, overload, and movement restrictions.
With a strong background in working with active individuals, gym-goers, and athletes, Nathan focuses on improving movement quality, reducing pain, and supporting recovery alongside training and rehabilitation. His treatments are tailored, purposeful, and results-driven.

Lisa Woolley
Physiotherapist
Lisa has been qualifed as a physiotherapist for over 25 years, bring extensive knowledge with her. Lisa has a specialist interest exclusively in acupuncture and dry needling within the clinic. Her work focuses on reducing pain, restoring movement, and supporting recovery by addressing muscular tension and neuromuscular dysfunction.
She takes a precise and considered approach, using needling techniques to complement rehabilitation and performance-based care. Lisa works closely with the wider team to support treatment plans, helping patients move more comfortably and progress more effectively.
